Jennifer has been able to call herself a trial attorney from the very beginning, with her first jury trial kicking off the day after her swearing in. Since then, Jennifer has tried cases to verdict in many venues, including multiple states and both state and federal courts. She has held a record jury verdict for punitive damages in a non-fatality commercial trucking case and also argued before the Tennessee Court of Appeals. She was named Colorado's New Trial Lawyer of the Year and has served as a Board Member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, co-chairing the Women's Trial Lawyers Network. 

Having multi-jurisdictional experience gives Jennifer the background needed to see the forest for the trees in litigation strategy. In addition to her trial experience, Jennifer has litigated in over thirty-five venues in complex matters such as aviation law, wrongful death, commercial trucking, and premises liability. She has made a name for herself in successfully navigating discovery as a value-add and increasing case value through Rule 30(b)(6) depositions. Jennifer prides herself in creating operational pressure through an offense-based approach to discovery and depositions. She is also a featured author on Trial Guides, including on topics related to discovery disputes.

Jennifer's passion throughout her career has been helping litigants and their experts find their truth through testimony. For over a decade and a half, she worked to develop the trademarked R.I.S.E. Method of witness preparation - a value-adding method of testimony. Jennifer educates attorneys and experts across the country on the best practices for witness preparation and consults on testimony in multiple disciplines. Jennifer lives with her family in Colorado. Outside of the office - and in - Jennifer is a proud dog mom. You will always find at least one of her four rescue pups serving as her assistant for the day. Jennifer is Vice President of the Rescue for PTSD, a non-profit that rescues dogs and trains them to be service dogs for veterans. Jennifer also spends her time filling the pages of her passport and crossing off hiking trails and ski mountains from her bucket list.
